The role

CAPCHA is a video production agency specialising in architectural and property storytelling. We create cinematic content for architects, developers and builders who want their work documented with the same depth of intention that went into designing it.

Our clients are architects, builders, property developers and interior designers whose projects set the standard for high-end homes and developments — people who care deeply about craft and want that reflected in how their work is presented.

Our client base has grown, and we're looking for contract Architectural Photographers and Videographers in Sydney to help bring these projects to life — a genuine opportunity to grow long-term as CAPCHA scales.

What we're looking for

• Contractor with a valid ABN and your own gear
• Minimum 2–3 years' architectural or high-end residential photography/videography experience
• A sharp eye for light, line and space — someone who understands design intent, not just square footage
• Cinematic sensibility — comfortable crafting story-led video content, not just coverage
• Comfortable working alongside architects, builders and site teams, often on active or part-finished sites
• A great communicator who's reliable, organised and fast with turnaround
• Someone who genuinely loves the craft and shoots with passion
